Acceptance of Terms

By using Isle of Scilly Compare, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Nature of the Service

Isle of Scilly Compare provides independent travel information for general planning purposes only. We are not a travel agent, booking platform, or operator. We do not sell tickets or make travel arrangements on behalf of users.

Accuracy

We aim to keep information accurate and up to date but make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy or currency of any information on this website. Transport services change frequently. Always verify details directly with operators before booking.

No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Isle of Scilly Compare accepts no liability for any loss, cost, damage or disruption arising from reliance on information provided on this website, including but not limited to missed travel connections, cancellations, or changes to operator policies.

Intellectual Property

The text, design and layout of Isle of Scilly Compare are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, republish or repurpose content from this site without written permission.

Partner Listings

Paid partner listings are subject to editorial verification before publication. Payment does not buy a positive review, editorial endorsement, guaranteed position, search ranking, traffic, enquiries or sales. We may refuse, suspend or remove a listing that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, unsuitable for visitors or inconsistent with our editorial standards.

Partner Subscriptions

Partner plans begin with the trial period and renewal price displayed during Stripe checkout. A valid payment method is required. Unless cancelled before the displayed trial end date, the subscription renews at the selected monthly or yearly rate until cancelled. Stripe displays the final price, applicable taxes and renewal date before confirmation.

Partner Service

Alastair Semmens manages partner requests. We aim to acknowledge requests within two working days, Monday–Friday excluding bank holidays. Draft and update delivery dates are confirmed after we receive the required details and photo permissions. You approve your initial profile and relevant placement pages before publication. Routine corrections to business details are included; larger redesigns are agreed separately. Dated offers hide automatically after their expiry date. Request a dated activity report through partner support; reports count recorded loads and action clicks, not confirmed sales.

Trial Timing and Review

The three-month trial begins when you complete Stripe checkout, not when a profile is published. A no-card draft review is available before checkout. If we reject an initial application, we will cancel the subscription and refund any subscription payment collected before initial publication. If publication is delayed, contact partner support before the trial ends to resolve the delay or cancel; do not assume the trial has been extended.

Cancellation and Support

Use Manage subscription on your original checkout confirmation page to open Stripe and cancel before the displayed renewal date. If that link is unavailable, use /partner-help?topic=cancel or the WhatsApp support link there. Include your business name and application email, never card details. A support request is not an instant cancellation; we confirm when processed. Cancellation stops future renewals when confirmed by Stripe. Any paid period already started remains payable except where a refund is due, including initial application rejection before publication. Your Stripe portal states the effective cancellation date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
